Application:
Counting systems are applied for counting details with equal unit mass, and if connected to a label printer, they allow for printing labels for matching weighed goods. Counting system is Radwag's response to market demand for simplicity of use and maximal automation of weighing process. Scales operating in counting system have possibility of connecting additional weighing platform, which allows for determining unit mass with maximal expected readability. It is possible to increase the functionality of Radwag indicators by connecting peripheral devices, such as: bar code scanners, label printers, receipt printers, RFID readers and other PC peripherals (mouse, keyboard, flash memory, USB).

Application:
Main applications of a counting system are:
- food processing industry;
- chemical industry;
- mechanical industry;
- any other industry branch, where counting pieces or determining quantity of pieces or keeing registration of goods is required.
Counting pieces is one the operation modes of RADWAG E2R Weighing records module, a component of E2R Network Management of Weighing System, which is base for configuration of integrated weighing system. Configuration of a counting system operating in a network is possible by applying scales with implemented software Terminal E2R Weighing records (scales series TMX based on PUE5 indicator). Such system provides widely conceived control over the system and reporting. Counting systems can also be biult with application of counting scales series WPW/L or WLY/L.

Structure and functioning:
Counting systems are based on counting scales manufactured by RADWAG or configured with application of PUE 5 indicator with E2R Weighing records module and dedicated blocks that adapt weighing systems to existing (or under construction) automatic devices on site. Other common procedure includes integrating a counting system with a production or assebly line. RADWAG offers its assistance in configurating a counting system and its implementation into production / assembly lines.
All types of RADWAG scales are equipped with a stainless steel weighing platform and an indicator cased according to the application. Modern RADWAG indicator types, like series PUE 7, are equipped with a TFT 5,7'' touch screen and a membrane keyboard. Counting scales have possibility of connecting additional weighing platform, which significantly increases functionality of the system.
