In European Union there are obligatory unified regulations concerning product manufacturing and trade – they are of higher rank than domestic laws of UN member countries.Introducing the regulations, called New Approach, consists in harmonizing only those technical rules that are related to user’s safety and health as well as natural environment protection.
As Polish market became a part of European one after 01.05.2004 (Polish accession to European Union), when introducing a new product, a manufacturer should:
- Define, which New Attitude directive the product is liable to
- Carry out researches confirming the product and the directives compatibility, according to appropriate directives’ accepted modules
- Issue the directives comformity notice
- Mark product with CE symbol
Presenting validation conformity, manufacturer obeys suitable modules. The modules mean procedures enabling manufacturer to prove that marketed product meets certain demands.
Some directives require so-called independent part that is notified unit.
RADWAG proves its products validation conformity which is compatible with chosen modules.
