Waterproof platform scales are designed for fast and precise detemrination of mass in laboratory and industrial conditions and in explosive zones. Measuring indicator and weighing platform operate in explosive area, they are powered by power adapter with anti sprak protection model ZRi02 manufactured by RADWAG. Power adapter operates outside EX zone, and it is equipped with zener barrier connected to mains 230 V. Cable connecting power socket to scale is 20 meters.

Scales series WPT/EX are designed for operation in EX explosive zone IIB, in temperature classes T1, T2, T3 and T4. Radwag EX scales are also included in groups 1 and 2 of mixtures of explosive vapours, gasses and fogs with air.

Waterproof platform scales are prepared for operation on humid conditions or in direct contact with water. they are equipeed with measuring indicator series PUE C/31H/EX with backlit LCD display. Indicator is installed on a pillar. optionally, scale can be manufactured with indicator on a cable. scale is wholly constructed on stainless steel basis model OH18N9. Capacities of such scales ranges from 6kg/2g to 150kg/50g.
